Situated just on the border of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, Thornbrook Barn is just over half-a-mile North from the entrance to the spectacular Waterfalls Trail (admission fee payable) and it is a little further to walk to the centre of the picturesque Dales Village of Ingleton. The village has plenty of pubs, a microbar and places to eat and drink along with some independent shops.

A couple of minutes walk is Country Harvest which houses a quality food shop/coffee shop along with its own bakery and butchery department.

Perfectly located for the Yorkshire Dales National Park, Lake District and the Forest of Bowland. Guests can enjoy a short break or longer stay in this stunning area with many amenities of the village accessible on foot.

Access to the Yorkshire Dales Three Peak of Ingleborough, Whernside and Penyghent and many local, less strenuous walks are just on the doorstep. Surrounded by some of the most beautiful limestone countryside, you can also explore the caves and waterfalls within this stunning area of the country.

A 'hail & ride' bus service operates from close to the site entrance for services to Kirkby Lonsdale, Settle and Skipton passing through Dales villages enroute.
