The sheep that are due to lamb in February are now housed inside the farm building. The sheep are split into separate groups and the those that are due to have triplets and some of the older poorer sheep get a larger portion of provin to those have singles and twins. They have silo throughout the day and provin on a morning and night. They are bedded on straw and sit quite happily chewing their cud.
We haven't had any snow down in Ingleton yet however, a couple of miles out of the village there is quite a lot!
