The sheep have had their worm drench and injections.  A few are lame too; sore between the hooves mainly due to the wet weather so they have had been walked through the footbath.   The sheep are on good grass too so they are in good condition.   They need 'showering' this next week for lice, ticks and scabs.

Last weekend the Young Farmers Club did their annual 'Tractor Run',  around 40 tractors took part on a route over Wray, Gressingham and the Crook O'Lune - distance over the back roads of 41 miles.  The group then returned to the Horse & Farrier in Bentham for steak pie, chips & peas.  Many of the tractors were restored vintage ones.
